Due to our aggressive business expansion, we are looking for qualified & dynamic talents to join our success team for the following position in Jakarta Regional Office.
Create and organize filing documents related to the administration
Make periodic reports on department meetings
Updating the status of client data
Diploma 3 or S1 graduated
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Preferably have working experiences as a admin / secretary at least 2 years
Energetic and attractive appearance.
Communicative and Good performance
Have excellent persentation skills
Systematically, able to work quickly, responsible, meticulous way of working, deft, immaculate in administrative and filing tasks and regularly, have the initiative, able to work under pressure.
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Ms Office, Outlook, etc
