Operation Manager (Code : OPRM)

Requirements

Not more than 40 years old.
S1 from the faculty of Mining Engineering or Geology Engineering.
At least 10 years of experience in Coal mining industry.
Certified POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama) is preferred.
Fluent in command English both written and spoken.
Good skill in operating Micorosoft Office and Internet.
Strong knowledge about SMK3 procedure / OHSAS 18001:2007.
Compile safety statistic from sites (accident, incident, near miss and lost time injury)
Good leadership to subordinates with good interpersonal and organizational skills
Have a second class blasting certificate & POP / POM License will be an extra advantage.
Mastering mine production operations: Planning, Over Burden & Coal Production,Drilling & Blasting, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment & Supporting.
Ability to act in an objective, non-discriminatory and have a decisive nature.
Dare to take decisions quickly and accurately.
Good health and able to work under pressure with good result
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Deputy PM Overpass Project (Code : DEPUTY-PM)

Requirements

Not more than 45 years old.
D3/S1 from Civil Engineering (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
At least 4 years of experience in mining industry as a Civil Engineer.
Have excellent skill in operating Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as AutoCAD , SAP2000, Ms.Office, Ms. Project, Civil 3D will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer literate.
Physically and mentally fit.
Willing to be placed in Paringin South Kalimantan site project.

Production Group Leader (Code : PGL)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
D3/S1 majoring in related to each position.
At least 2-3 years of experience in open pit coal mining area as a Group Leader.
Have a second class blasting certificate & POP License.
Comprehend in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for SHEQ.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Engineering Group Leader (Code : ENGGL)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
D3/S1 in Mining.
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in mining industry as a mine engineer.
Have a POP License would be an advantage.
Have excellent skill in operating Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer literate.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Mine Planner (Code : MPL)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
D3/S1 in Mining.
At least 2 – 4 years experience in mining industry as Mine Engineer.
Have excellent skill in operating Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Mindscape and Xpac will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer literate.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Survey Engineering Group Leader (Code : SURVEYGL)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
S1 in Mining Engineering, Geology, Geodesy, Industrial Engineering.
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in mining industry as a Mine Planner, or a Mine Surveyor/Pit Controller or a Project Controller Group Leader/Jr. Manager/Supervisor.
Have a POP License would be an advantage.
Have excellent skill in operating Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape and Xpac and Theodolit and GPS for Mine Survey will be an advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, good analytical and focus on detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Computer literate.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Group Leader Human Resource (Code : GL – HC)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
S1 in all Major, preferably majoring in Management (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
At least 2 – 3 years of experience in Training Development , Recruitment Fields.
Active in English language and able to operate computer (MS Office).
Physically and mentally fit.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Group Leader General Affair (Code : GL – GA)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
D3 in Civil Engineering (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
At least 2 – 3 years of experience as General Affair.
Passive in English language and able to operate computer (MS Office).
Physically and mentally fit.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Officer Finance (Code : OFF – FIN)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
D3/S1 in Accounting (GPA: 2,75 ~ up).
At least 1 – 5 years experience as Accounting Officer / Senior Officer / Tax Officer / Budget Officer.
Active in English language and able to operate computer (MS Office).
Physically and mentally fit.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.

Instructor Plant (Code :INSPLANT)

Requirements

Not more than 35 years old.
At least 3 – 5 years of experience in mining company as a mechanic instructor.
Certified Training For Trainer (TFT) and Basic Mechanical Course (BMC).
Able to teach (in-class and field practical).
Strong communication skill and able to work in a team.
Willing to be based in all over site project of SIS.
