Servicing and managing customer relationships by engaging them, uncovering their needs & providing them with the appropriate products, services & solutions from the entire range of the consumer banking suite. Responsible to drive profitable revenue & volume growth from their portfolio with a focus on new acquisition, deepening of existing customer relationships and cross sell thereby improving market & customer share.
Identification and analyze database marketing of sales opportunities, acquisition of the potential business from the customers
Analyze customer base and identify revenue generating opportunities overall return on investment.
Ensure effective cross sell process in order to build strong customer relationship
Explore and promote investment and products, and to actively search the related projects and to collect business information to support the implementation for the benefits to customers.
Recommend new strategies and database marketing programs to drive enhanced revenue from existing customer base
University graduate in marketing of banking, or equivalent in related fields;
Minimum 2 years solid experience as a marketing in local or foreign bank and or finance company.
Possess good selling and networking skills
Possess good communication, presentation, and analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal skills.
Good PC skills especially Microsoft office and power point.
Highly motivated, discipline and able to work under pressure.
Interact well with people inside and outside the Company.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good speaking in Mandarin has a preference.
