Field Service Engineer – Diebold Indonesia – DKI Jakarta

Main Duties

Provide on-site maintenance services to customers within an assigned territory.
Demonstrate intermediate to advanced knowledge of the physical devices that Diebold services, which requires:
Maintaining devices independently
Assisting in simple and complex installations
Providing technical assistance to other team members
Escalating and resolving issues when appropriate
Engaging in team meetings to drive performance improvements
Achieving monthly service performance metrics
Use of various hand and power tools
Take complete ownership and give high quality for the service call while on-site resolving issues, following call handling and closure procedures consistently
Prioritize calls and act decisively on behalf of the customer.
Assist in inventory management for the Service Technician team.

Requirements

College/D-3 is required – fresh graduates are welcome, preferably from Electrical Engineering. Max 2-3 years experiences in electronics, and strong electromechanical troubleshooting ability
Strong PC and TCP/IP diagnostic skills are required; understanding MS Windows functionality, basic PC hardware troubleshooting fundamentals
Must display a strong sense of urgency, maintain a professional presence and demonstrate business acumen
Demonstrate initiative, escalating and resolving issues at the service call level
Strong customer service skills are required and may be demonstrated through setting appointments, maintaining positive interaction with the customer during a service call
Ability to identify and suggest basic and complex system enhancements to customers
Minimum requirement of English capability
