Head of HRD Department (Code : HOD HRD)

Requirements

S1 majoring in Management, Law, Psychology, Industrial Engineering
Minimum age 35 years old.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the field of HRD with at least 3 years in similar position.
Deep understanding of the HR system.
Good understanding of the methods of People Development and Training Module in accordance with the business process of mining company.
Good understanding of Technical Recruitment.
Good understanding of Industrial Relations, Employee Relations and External Relations.
Good understanding of the Government Regulation.
Possess excellent managerial and leadership skills.
Able to work under pressure.
Have a good negotiation, coaching and councelling skills.
Willing to be placed in all site offices (Kalimantan Area)

HRIS Officer (Code : HRIS Officer)

Requirements

D3 majoring in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the field of information systems or minimum 1 year of experience in similar position.
Deep understanding of the work process division HRD.
Good understanding of data processing techniques.
Basic understanding of database systems.
Technical expertise in database and ERP softwares.
Have a good in analytical and conceptual skills.
Excellence in operating Computer.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta.

Mechanical Fixed Plant Team Leader (Code : Mechanic F/P TL)

Requirements

Minimum SMK (STM) or equivalent, D3 or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or 5-7 years of experience as a Mechanic.
Minimum age 27 years.
Good understanding about the technique of treatment on Fixed Plant Equipment & Coal Processing Plant.
Possess certification Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) will be highly prioritized.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Willing to be placed in all site offices (Kalimantan Area).

High Voltage Team Leader ( Code : H/V TL)

Requirements

Minimum SMK (STM) or equivalent, D3 or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Foreman or 5-7 years of experience as an Electrician.
Minimum age 27 years
Good understanding of electrical engineering maintenance on tools and Fixed Plant Equipment.
Possess certification Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) will be highly prioritized.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Willing to be placed in all site offices (Kalimantan Area).

Dewatering Team Leader (Code : Dewatering TL)

Requirements

Minimum D3 or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in mining company.
Minimum age 27 years.
Good understanding about the business process at mining companies, especially coal mining.
Possess certification Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) will be highly prioritized.
Able to read mine design.
Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Willing to be placed in all site offices (Kalimantan Area).

Industrial & External Realation Team Leader (Code : IER TL)

Requirements

Minimal S1 majoring in Management, Law.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of CSR / ComRel / ComDev
Deep understanding of the HR system,
Have an understanding of Indonesia Manpower Regulation.
Have an understanding of Government Regulation.
Have an understanding of Community Relations.
Good understanding about the business process at mining companies.
Able to work in a team and under pressure.
Have a good negotiation skill.
Willing to be placed in all site offices (Kalimantan Area).
