Corporate Planner Manager – FMCG Company

Presley Consulting is currently recruiting on behalf with its respected client, one of the established, a refined sugar manufacturer holding company in Indonesia, who is currently looking a professional to join their team as a Corporate Planner Manager.

Job Descriptions:

Oversee the preparation and growth process of corporate aims and schemes.
Ease the process of preparing the annual operating plan and corporate strategic initiatives.
Ensure alignment of corporate strategic initiatives with corporate targets and schemes.
Plump for the implementation and regular monitoring of corporate strategic initiatives.
Plan, manage and review an annual corporate business, including developing the organizations in corporate.
Support, review and liaise in internal auditing procedure.

Job requirements:

Male or Female, max 45 years old.
Min. Bachelor degree graduate in related major
Having min. 10 years operating experience in corporate/ business planning in a holding company, and also possesses experience in internal auditing.
Deep knowledge in PDCA and organization development
Solid experience in leading strategic planning and monitoring process
High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivated to solve difficult issues, able to collaborate and work in a team
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Fluent communication in English is a MUST
Willing to travel if necessary
