Position Summary
Prepare and execute HR administration activities of Gugah Nurani Indonesia, which may include data entry, daily attendance management, database management and other related activities .

Key Responsibilities
Monitor monthly attendance, overtime and leave staff
Ensure the relevant HR database and employee personal files is up to date and accurate.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves
Process employees requests and provide relevant information related to HR administration
Supports human resources department

Qualifications
S1/DIII; Preferably in Administration and Management
Strong Administration Skills
Able to work accurately, with high attention to detail
Ability to work under the pressure and multitasking
Well planned and organized
Good skill in computer use ( Ms. Office
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, (preferably 6 months experience)
Fluent in English and Bahasa
