Ability to use Abacus reservation system
Ability to communicate effectively, both in oral and written English
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skill.
Good team management with pleasant personality and monitoring day to day operational corporate call center.
Dynamic, flexible, with the can-do attitude.
