Lead the team in creating the business growth map for the region
Deploy necessary Infrastructure by way of frontline sellers, Salesman, sales supervisors, Distributors, Units etc to ensure maximize quality distribution at optimal cost to serve.
Effectively manage sales budgets within approved levels to maximize efficiency.
Formulate region and branch wise to facilitate in delivering the business plans with inputs from cross functions.
Support and facilitate development and implementation of unit business and monitor on a regular basis performance against the deployed business plans and provide direction & corrective measures to facilitate achievement of the plan by various functions
Holds bachelor Degree from well-known university
Has minimum 6 years of sales working experience (Business development, sales development)
Has experience in Food industry would be preferred
Good command in English
Young, energetic, and familiar with fast paced working environment
