STRATEGIC PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT MANAGER (GSK)
Responsible on ensuring Financial Operating Rhythm of overall Gunung Sewu Group is well executed.
Actively involved in setting up performance measurement (including balanced scorecard) and tools for new/incubating businesses as well of existing business whenever is needed.
Managing EVA (Economic Value Added) to ensure full alignment between Business Units performance reward and enhancing our shareholders value.
To be a proactive business partner that provides value added insight/analysis to Business Units to enable them improving their performance and profitability.
Jointly with IT department to proactively seek valuable and user friendly performance tools that enable Business Units having better visibility on their performance and financial result.
Stand-in on behalf of SPM Associate Director in his absent.
Any other ad-hoc tasks that are assigned to the incumbent.
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Finance and Accounting background in reputable university (both local and overseas)
Has at least 7 years’ experience in similar function
Logical and analytical mindset.
Communication skill and people-person approach.
Ability to explain complicated (financial) matters in simple and understandable language.
Able to prioritize tasks correctly (including know when to escalate) and ability to think from big picture.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
