MARKETING EXECUTIVE FOR TRAINING PROGRAM (CODE: MKT)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Identifying business opportunity in the area of “TRAINING & LEARNING services” at the assigned clients, for both in-house & public class program.
Leverage the company’s capabilities as part of the offered “TRAINING & LEARNING services” solutions that will yield significant impact & tremendous value for the assigned clients.
Create and manage relationships with senior executives of the client’s companies that drive revenue through the sale of “TRAINING & LEARNING services” within multiple business lines (industries).
Consistently drive new revenue opportunities through prospecting & maintaining the assigned client’s database to achieve and/or even surpass the sales quota for the respective assigned clients.
Serve as the sales process lead for the customer and appropriately utilize resources to assist the buying process.
Demonstrate a clear link between the needs of the client and the company’s capabilities/business outcomes.
Perform other activities assigned by the Principal Consultant or Director.
Min. D3 from reputable University; GPA ≥ 2.5 out of 4.
Male/Female, 20-35 years old, with proven experience selling via the telephone, web, and other technologies.
Min. 2 years of proven-track-record B2B professional sales experience in selling “TRAINING & LEARNING services”.
A highly motivated consultative salesperson, equipped with a strong commitment to help the clients through the ability to listen and understand the client’s problems & challenges in the area of “TRAINING & LEARNING services”.
Competent in selling to VP or any other senior- executives level within assigned client’s organizations.
Excellence Presentation skills with a track record of consistently reaching or surpassing sales quotas.
Strong interpersonal skill & communication skill (written and verbal).
Smart, energetic, able to work-under-pressure, good in time-management & highly dedicated to the job.
Willing to work extra hours & able to do business travelling (whenever needed).
Proficient in Ms-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Email, Internet & Social Media.
