Sales Engineer


This  incumbent  will  support  a  specific  industry  to  sustain  and  develop  the  sales  of  a  wide  range  of technical products and high value services. The role will require the incumbent to maintain and grow theexisting  customer  database  that  has  been  developed  through  the  years.  Key  responsibilities  will  also entail  product demonstrations, training and presentations of process control solutions to internal and external customers.  The  candidate will  also  gain exposure  in  working with  diverse  cultures and  being able to correspond with different factories based allaround the world.


Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets
Promote and sell company’s products and services
Manage key accounts i.e. Engineering contractors, Consulting Engineers and end users
Maintain and grow existing customer base
Prepare sales-related reports including updating of CRM in a timely manner
Be involved in continuous improvement programmes
Create and maintain key account data base (Client organization structure and installed base)
To provide timely market intelligence to the Sales Team.


Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3  years  relevant  experience  preferably  in  the  flow  control  and/or  related  industries  in Indonesia market
Customer-service oriented with strong initiative and team player
Good communication and selling skills
Possess a personal car
Excellent communication skills with positive attitude
Ability to travel around 30% of time to mining sites in Indonesia
