We are looking for someone to supervise and manage our clients’ shipping activities. You will be a valuable member of the logistics department of our client – a large international consumer electronics manufacturer.
Responsibilities:

– Manage daily shipping activities to ensure all delivery activities are carried out within schedule;

– Review logistics procedures to ensure that all shipping activities are in compliance with export regulations;

– Coordinate internal activities related to all outgoing and incoming shipments with other departments;

– Communicate with freight forwarders or logistic providers to assure on time shipments;

– Ensure that all vendors are working in accordance with the company policy.

Requirements:

– Living in Riau Islands province – preferably male candidates living in Batam;

– Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or IT from a reputable University;

– Around 1 year of experience in logistics – good understanding of export regulations;

– Strong communication skills, fluent in English both oral as written;

– Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
