Distributor / Territory Supervisor UFS (Job Number: 15000M1U)
To achieve of the agreed Sales Budgets in terms of sales volume and or sales value.
Effective alignment regarding product availability in customer level with Pull team.
Monitor pricing and ensure application of correct prices at customer.
Implement standard of UFS selling and chefmanship skills.
Build strong relationship with distributors and customers.
Manages distributor sales force routes and customers and distributors by meeting, reviewing routes, in order to achieve sales target, availability, market share and ensure territorial integrity in his/her assigned area.
Manages and develops sales professionals and distributors reporting to him by implementing policies and procedures, attending to their needs and concerns, conducting per-take off meetings, performance review, route riding, and in order to ensure that dealership program and human resources are developed to potentials and sales targets are met.
Primary Location : South Kalimantan.
