Experience in Trading/Retail/Hospitality Industry preferable.
Strong in marketing planning, product launching/event coordination & Digital Marketing
Good coordination / Team Player nature person, interest/enjoy in meeting new people
Able to conduct sales team, promotion, marketing communication, people management
Develop, MakeSalesTargetandanalyze Global salestrends
Provide relevant information about market competition by doing Competitor inspection & Spying on each market segment
Identification All Potential business in particular (Government, Companies, Associations, Professional Conference organizer, MICE and Inbound & Outbound Tour)
Experience and understanding of driving high performing teams
Delivery of management/leadership skills program

Requirements :

Male
Honest and trustworthy
Age 30-45 years old
S1 graduate of Bachelor degree
Minimum 2 years as Marketing Manager/ 4 years as Assistant Manager especially in Retail Service
Can work under pressure with sales team, Have a high motivation, communicative and able to work with targets
Ability to read, write and speak in English
Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office
Detail oriented, logical and methodical approach to problem solving
