SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:

To plan, coordinate and manage all activities related to Sales and Marketing in order to achieve the company’s performance & market share target.

Requirements:

MALE/FEMALE, maximum age 38 years old
Education Level S1 & S2 (Priorities given to S2 holder in Business/Management)
Excellent command of English. Fluency in additional foreign language is a plus advantage
Good knowledge of Marketing concept and strong sense of aesthetic/design – creative and innovative
Good appearance, strong leadership and interpersonal skills and able to network and coordinate with all levels intensively in representing the company.
Strong business acumen and negotiation skills along with consultative selling capability
Experience in property industry is a plus advantage but not a must
Target oriented, able to work under pressure with “hands on” style
Hardworking, fast leaner, good analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving & decision making, good organizing & reporting
