Responsible for the coordination with team, distributor and customer, including preparation of tenders, quotations and order process forms
Assist in Marketing activities (i.e.: exhibitions’ logistics coordination, event planning and management of brochures, posters and invitation)
Support the team in sales coordination and administration responsibilities
Manage the demo inventory
Prepare monthly sales & stock reports
Degree in Business Administration, marketing or any related fields
At least 2 years’ experience in a marketing / sales support environment
Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Excellent organizing and planning skills, e.g in marketing activities
Good teamworking skills required
Pleasant personality and proactive mindset
Good command of written and spoken English
