Experience gaining new client or new account is a must
Experience managing sales team in preferable
Always keep up with the newest trend in digital marketing
Negotiation, presentation, business development strategy and leadership
Fluent in english

SR. Data Analyst / Sr. Dara Scientist
3 years or more of working experience in digital Agency / Digital media
Ability to consistently perform comfortably under pressure in a dynamic, ultra-fast-paced environment
Have a good business insights. primarily driven by quantitative outcome for all decision making
Detail oriented, experience in analyzing & quantifying complex strategic issues
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Analytics, statistics, Mathematic, Economics or Engineering
Fluent in english
