Respond to inquiries from customers about past, current and pending order and / or delivery / pickup status.
Help resolve and resolve complaints and / or problems faced by customers.
Respond to customer questions/inquiries immediately.
Communicate with customers through various channels.

Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests from customers.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as needed.
Provide feedback about the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
Preferable with minimum 2 years experiences in same position
Fresh graduates are open to apply
Able to operate Ms. Office, internet, and/or CS application/system
Good communication skill
