Controlling operational infrastructure (network and system) to support entire service / project in contact center services throughout Indonesia.
Carry out periodic maintenance entire infrastructure (network & systems) on each services/ projects contact center.
Help resolve operational disruption of infrastructure services/ projects in the contact center services.

We are looking for someone with :
Conduct feasibility study from financial, technology and human resource aspect to deliver business proposal for prospective clients
Working closely with other team member to identify customer needs
Develop proposal for project development both new and existing
