Job Description
Performs a variety of administrative activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. Carries out duties relying on own initiative and independent action. Maintains calendar and coordinates meetings to ensure the most efficient and effective use of the executive’s time. Composes, reviews, and prepares correspondence and presentations accurately and in a timely manner. Compiles and maintains data and documentation to ensure availability of complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.

Requirements
Experience:
5 Years relevant office experience including 2 years reporting to an executive. 7 years relevant office experience including 2 years reporting to an executive is preferred.

Education:
Associates Degree or High School diploma and at least another 2 years relevant office experience BA/BS or business school preferred
