Job Description

Assist Director in communication , coordination and letter distribution
Assist Director in scheduling meeting and appointment
Assist Director in Expatriate Permit Arrangement and Administration
Assist Director in preparing  and following up the minutes of meeting
Prepare all information and coordination needed for Director’s meeting
Administer File and documents

Job Specification:

Min. 30 Years old
Bachelor Degree in any field from reputable University
Preferably has experience with secretary role or education institution field for at least 1 year
Detail Oriented and Concern for Order
Advanced skill in Ms Excell, MS Office and other computer applications.
Good in interpersonal skill and Communication skill
Honest and Has Integrity
Possess Godly Character
Demonstrates Spiritual Maturity (Pls describe your involvement in church or other religious community)
Willing to work in Karawaci, Tangerang
