Project Assistant – PT Immobi Solusi Prima – DKI Jakarta


To provide administrative support to project team:

Managing project document sign off.
Maintaining project documentation and administration system
Maintaining stationery and equipment.
Liaising with colleagues and external contacts to book travel and accommodation
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues.
Managing The administrative of Project documentation
Correspondency, Data Input, Filling procet document.
Make Daily, weekly and Monthly report
Responsible for Works schedule and billing to customer


Graduates min.D3/S1 from all major
Sensitivity to working across other cultures and respects and values diversity
Self-motivated and have the ability to deliver results and meet timelines with minimal direct supervision.
Good command of Microsoft Excel, Project, Power Point is required.
Logical, analytical, and have problem solving abillities
Fluent in English is necessary
