Product Analyst – Kompasiana – KOMPAS GRAMEDIA

Gather & collect information/data for analysis and reporting
Identify problems, issues, and investigate root cause from analyzing data
Come out with hypotesis and drive insight from the analysis
Purpose solutions based on insight & finding to improve product
Existing product maintenance, include build communication with users (day by day)
Help users to solve their problems
Collaborate with other team; technology, content/community, business or finance to improve, develope and maintenance the product

Minimum Qualifications
Must be graduated from quantitative major (e.g. computer science/engineering, mathematics or statistics)
Good communications (oral/written) skill
Excellent analytical skill and strong intuitions of user behaviors
Good knowledge about digital platform (User Generated Content)
