Responsibilities :

Coordinate, liaise and manage the design implementation work during the construction period
Involved in all stage of design project, from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design and documentation untill the design and planning work in consultation with related consultants, engineer and hotel operator at the preliminary, conceptual and planning design stage of building projects
Manage, review and coordinate architectural project with hotel operator and other disciplines
Ensure the project teams meet the quality, schedule, contractual and budget goals
Organize construction documents, assuming plans and specification for management approval

Qualifications :

Male/Female age 24 – 40 years old
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture of equivalent
A minimum of 3-5 year(s) of working experience in reputable company for hospitality or working closely with hotel operator
Possess good computer skills (AutoCAD 2D & 3D, SketchUp & render application)
Experience and understanding schematic design, design development, construction document until construction administration
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Good problem solver with strong in creativity and analytical thinking and also result driven
A Persistent, outgoing, highly committed, trustworthy and hardworking individual that has a strong commitment to success
Able to work to deadlines (willing to work long hours) and in a teamwork environment
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
