Channel Pre-Sales Engineer – Cincom Systems – Cincinnati

Job Description
As a trusted adviser to our partners and channels, this person will help develop business plans aligned to shared business goals.
Engage with Partners and their customers to evangelize Cincom Solutions message and strategy, build relationships with partner’s and channels, and share mutual understanding on technology direction to solve our partner’s customer’s challenges.
Support Partner Business, lead initiatives to build stronger relationships and enable our partners to build successful practices based on Cincom technologies.
Work with our team to cultivate creative ideas aiding in problem solving and decision-making to improve partner engagement and channel success.
Assist our team through change and setting strategy on partner engagement, innovating and collaborating to align and define foundational best practices.
Work closely with Partners to develop and deliver solutions to their customers.
Build deep, consultative relationship with Partners and Channel Partners and contacts to understand customer/partner high-level business objectives and match these to solutions to satisfy both the business and technical requirements of the partner practice and the customer challenges.
Provide pre-sales technical support to partners.
Deliver onsite and remote product and solution presentations.
Continually learn and maintain current knowledge of product set and be able to describe key features and benefits of each.
Develop and Deliver responses to customer RFPs, RFIs and initial architecture discussions.
Provide evaluation and proof of concept assistance to partners.
Provide feature requests and assist product development in testing new products and provide feedback.
Keep abreast of developments within the target industries and organizations.
Establish positive working relationships both internally & externally.
Up to 70% travel

Committed to ongoing self-development and consult with peers and partners.
Adept at Solution Selling.
Comfortable presenting a value proposition, technologies, industry direction, trends and competitor’s solution.
Understanding of integration techniques and strategies
Ability to provide hands on technical assistance when needed.
Understanding of modern security like OAuth2, Okta, etc.
Experience with Cloud based solutions
Experience in Enterprise Software implementations
Expertise in modern Integration Techniques like REST, and JSON
