TECHNICAL SERVICE Manager (code: TSM)
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leading the whole TECHNICAL SERVICE Department to provide all TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SERVICES functions for serving the clients, as well as managing all resources underneath to ensure all projects will be accomplished timely manner & meet all the deadlines, within the budget and yet still meet all required qualities & specifications agreed on the contract with the client, as well as other special assignment from the Top-Management, including but not limited to:
Produce all required Reports.
Trouble-Shooting & Problem Solving.
Establish & Maintain good relationship with customers.
Collect market information for feedback to the Top-Management.
Promote the value of the company by offering professional sound technical solution to the Customers problems.
Installation, Testing, Commissioning & Warranty, include getting all required BAST (BeritaAcaraSerahTerima) signed & approved by all required & authorized parties.
Achievement of the Service Level delivered to the customer (SLA) for both internal & external customer, as well as All major Stakeholder’s Satisfactions (Customer, Staffs and Upper Management).
Male/Female max. 35 years old.
Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with minimum GPA 2.5.
Min. 3 years of similar or related working experiences with proven track record in managing the team in delivering good quality of projects & services to the clients, including but not limited to achieving all KPIs defined by the Top-Management.
A high integrity Manager with strong Leadership and “Can Do” attitude.
A young & smart Manager with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
A tough Manager who can make an important decision quickly & efficiently.
A hard-worker & highly motivated Manager who can motivate also all team member.
A fast, self learner & resourceful Manager who capable of working as individual, as well as within the team (group).
A good Planner who can think & analyze conceptually, thoroughly, as well as implementing properly all the plans at the field.
A customer oriented Manager who has a strong interpersonal skills and really willing to do extra miles to satisfy the customer, including frequent travelling (whenever is needed).
An experience Manager who has proven track record in leading more than 50 people and managing multitasking jobs within under pressure situations to achieve the goals within tight deadlines.
A hands-on Manager who can communicate fluently in English, as well as in Bahasa.
Computer, Ms-Office and Business Technology savvy.
