Admin HR – Courtesy Agents – Batam

We are looking for a representative, hospital and friendly woman who is willing to contribute to our client – Our client is a global provider of environment friendly technologies for the Scent Marketing and Indoor Air Quality industries. They will be provide of training in singapore or batam and the job location would be at your premises or from remote at home. All the job would is done by online.

Responsibilities:

– Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time;

– Involve basic administration, such as data entry, filing, preparing invoice and maintaining up to date employee information;

– Developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;

– Managing their administrative tasks whilst juggling these new skills and demonstrating a real passion to learn and develop, they will be promoted to the next level;

– Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims,substantiating documentation, requesting legal counsel review.
 
Requirements:

– We are looking someone living in Riau Islands province, preferably from Batam;

– Minimum Diploma and proficient in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel;

– Pleasant personality, good team player and willing to learn – ‘Can do’ attitude;

– Good understanding of tax PPH 21;

– Excellent communication skills, fluent in English both oral as written.
