Job Description
Brand strategy – create branding strategy and guideline to increase Justika’s brand awareness and equity
Brand monitoring – manage and advise internal stakeholders to ensure consistent branding across all touch-points (online and offline)
Ecosystem building and partnership engagement – build and maintain strategic partnerships with key partners in order to partner on publications and increase brand equity
Activation execution and monitoring – manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality, timely, and on-cost delivery of brand activation projects
Budgeting – responsible to create and manage brand activation budget
Team building – recruit, manage, and develop Justika’s brand team
Report & Evaluation – report key branding achievements and evaluate efforts for continuous improvement

Minimal Bachelor Degree (S1) in all disciplines, preferably in Communication, Business or Management
Had more than 3 years working experience as a Brand Activation/Marketing Communication/Marketing Support; preferably in start-ups, branding agencies, FMCG, telco or cigarette company
English fluency in speaking and writing
