As Brand Manager, you will drive strategic development of our key brands positioning and marketing initiatives, to drive revenue and grow market value. In this role, you will formulate strategic direction, align cross functional teams to execute marketing initiatives, and drive business outcomes.
Specifically, you will lead the following strategic initiatives:
Identify current product positioning and performance in each category
Identify core research and metrics to inform consumer insights
Drive growth strategies and create high-impact marketing initiatives.
Working with Sales Management, identify growth opportunities in product distribution, consumer segmentation and pricing strategies.
Working with Product Development, define and prioritize product developments and improvements
Develop product portfolio segmentation
Secure product profitability through product lifecycle management
Develop and lead marketing budgets with P&L accountabilities
Lead creative agencies to ensure positive relationships and facilitate successful collaboration
To fulfill this role successfully,
you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
Five (5) years in product/brand management in FMCG industry with a track record of success in new product launching, managing product lifecycles, creating brand positioning and communication, passionate about Consumer Goods
Three (3) to five (5) years working effectively across key partner teams including Brand Management, Operations, Sales and Brand Communications
Experience in managing marketing budgets with P&L Accountabilities
Experience in handling social media and digital marketing
Have a well-honed commercial/business acumen
Able to manage cross-functional teams to achieve the same goal
