To implement product sales strategy and marketing programs to sales management team and medical professionals in assigned therapeutic areas.
Tracking and monitoring the implementation of Brand Plan and it’s program
Monitoring spending A&P in line with allocation
Develop knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and customers by working closely with sales management team & other function related
Coordination with sales team to ensure strategy well implemented
Coordination with cross functional, to ensure product availability, forecasting, monitoring and evaluating performance periodically
Ensure performance of the product in line with company objective
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on product performance and customer feedback to identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
Collect, compile, verify, and analyze data on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product/service. To excel energetic partnership with clients and initiate and execute key account management planning
To emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
To collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
To identify opportunities and recommend actions to develop and grow emerging untapped accounts
Maintain records of sales volume, revenues, and advertising costs and analyze them against forecasts to identify areas where the sales performance of the product/service needs to be improved.
Keep updated and communication with regional and global team
Graduated from related background, i.e from Marketing, Pharmacy, or Exact Science
4-5 years of experience in Marketing or Sales
Proven experience in product launch will be a plus
