As a Ringan Brand and PR Specialist, you will be creating and developing brand strategy and PR plan to establish the Ringan brand identity, build awareness and establish top-of-mind in market. You will ensure our brand positioning are unique and our promotional collateral are clearly and accurately communicated. You will also be conducting surveys and research to acquire competitor’s and customer’s insights. Your main objective will be to achieve top-of-mind and create a solid brand identity in the market for Ringan through the followings:
Work together with marketing team to develop and implement a concise brand and PR strategy for short term and long term
Promote brand growth and expansion to ultimately drive volume and profitability
Plan and execute communication and media initiatives on both online and offline channel
Conduct market research, analyze and understand market trends and competitor’s activity.
Preferably min, Bachelor’s degree related to marketing, business, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand management and/or marketing.
Ideal candidate have previously worked either in financial institutions (banking, multi-finance, fintech lending) or from technology company (e-commerce)
Ability to work cross-function
Strong communication skills
Project management experience
