Content and Operations Manager – WaveSuara – Jakarta

Key Job Responsibilities
Contact and reach out celebrities, KOL’s, influencers, politicians, existing podcasters, youtubers to help them join Wavesuara’s platform
Sign agreements and manage relationships
Organize and publish large quantities of audio content from partners and users
Work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment where you work closely with the team and contribute to all aspects of the business
Contribute ideas and product features that can help improve the mobile apps, website, and audio content

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, enough to translate and work with content in both languages
Have a network or connection with influencer, celebrities, KOL’s, politicians
Be organized, analytical, and able to manage complex systems and processes
Other languages is a bonus: Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese
Experience in Google Suite (Gmail, Google, Google docs) and collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, Trello)
Personal interest or passion for audio, podcasts, and music
