Job Responsibilities :
Head and lead the overall country operations, including taking full responsibilities for achieving revenue, growth and profit targets;
Direct the formulation of country business strategies, plans, budgets and KPIs covering the whole spectrum of country business operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, logistics, financials and human capital;
Setup proper policies and procedures in all operational areas to automate and speed up business processes as well as the relevant control measures to minimize deviation, maintain consistency and achieve efficiences in execution;
Lead the lobbying initiatives required to approach and convince the senior to top management officials in customers’ and/or strategic vendor partners’ organizations to close deals or bring about new projects or initiatives that may lead to significant improvements or breakthroughs in certain operational areas;
Orchestrate the launch and execution of well-planned branding and marketing programs or initiatives in order to achieve top-of-mind brand awareness by following implementation standards or guidelines set forth by headquarter, covering events, exhibitions, digital marketing, targeted ads, KOL endorsements as well as public relations;
Build strong after sales service support systems to ensure top customer satisfaction levels, including establishing a centralized call center, a wide network of service centers, sufficient sparts inventory as well as effective training programs for service personnels of all capacities or levels;
Organize the study and preparation of proposals for capital expenditures and investments in infrastructure, technology, IT systems, tools & equipments and other assets or resources required to achieve strong country business performance in the long run;
Establish a solid and high-achieving team by providing effective leadership, coaching and mentoring to all team members;
Act as main liaison officer with top management in headquarter to report performances and achievements periodically as well as to translate headquarter’s directions into actions.
Min bachelor degree holder with at least 10 years of successful sales and marketing experiences in consumer electronics or household appliances industry marked with significant achievements;
A well groomed, mature and knowledgable native Indonesian with pleasant personality and good proficiency in English language.
Highly motivated person in nature that is also equipped with strategic and analytical mind as well as strong business acumen and excellent people skills;
