Job Description Summary
Manage day to day office and facilities management, office management, including facilities related interfacing with vendors
Manage the day to day operations of the facilities to ensure maintenance, project management, space planning, janitorial and other services are completed in a manner consistent with client directives.
Manage building / facilities management contracts to ensure that the service delivery and contractual obligations are delivered and executed in a manner that fosters and achieves customer satisfaction.
Create and provide management reports as required and directed
Responsible for financial management of the client’s office inclusind : budgeting, forecasting, contracting with vendors, etc
Act as single point of contact for Client.
Minimum 4 years experience in Facility Management or Hospitality.
Proven track record in managing multiple tasks or projects.
Good knowledge of facility management and best practices
Good management & leadership skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong planning and time-organization skills
