Lead the development, promotion, communication, and stewardship of the company’s brand and visual identity to ensure consistent delivery across all media, activity, etc
Driving strong emotional connections and relationships with our customers, agents, and partners, while supporting our business objectives
Bring the brand to life through visual identity and creative development and execution
Translate the brand into unique digital experiences across our enterprise program that drive customer acquisition, retention, value, and revenue.
Developing brand guidelines and directing creative work, inclusive of digital/print collateral, customer communications, websites, social media/blog, email campaigns, content, event presentations, videos, scripting, public relations and advertising.
Oversee performance of digital metrics – including website, email marketing, and social – and lead enterprise efforts with the IT team and each business group and channel to provide analysis and highlights for senior executives throughout the organization.
Collaborate with leadership across the various business units to develop and support communications needs as well as oversee and ensure proper execution of the brand
At least 7 years of working experience is requiered in the related field for this positiion
Have a broad understanding of Digital Marketing, Marketing Partnership Management, Digital Design, Brand Awareness
Strategical thinking to develop Brand Awareness and communication
