Other Key Responsibilities Will Include
We are looking for a Head of Business and Development that will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building out a team of Account Executives and Business Development across the enterprise and mid-market sales. Know how to selling into new markets, strategizing next steps, negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head to head opportunities.
Overseeing the company’s sales activity and monitoring sales team performance and achievement
Build and execute sales strategies and tactics, leading, motivating and coaching the team to high
performance and productivity
Drives enhanced revenue generation for the business
Analyzing patterns in consumer and market behaviour to identify areas of improvement in sales strategies and with a view of establishing actionable insights for the improvement of sales and business profits.
Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
Bachelor Degree in any major.
7 years of solid experience in Sales with minimum 3 years of experience leading a team.
