1. Develop strategies to build and maintain a healthy, energetic community;
2. Build and manage long-term relationships with new game influencers and KOLs;
3. Expand the MCN and/or KOL channels to acquire the influencers and KOLs; 4. Cultivate influencers and KOLs to produce high-quality content in terms of specific target categories including training, problem solving, management, etc. 5. Assist in planning and execution of online or offline campaigns.
1. Native English/Indonesian/Vietnamese/Arabic speaker, second language is preferred;
2. 2+ years experience in community/talent/user management or marketing;
3. Having resources in different communities of various categories(especially gaming community), with experience of agency or event management is a plus; 4. With strong sense of creativity, active and energetic to learn, able to work well under pressure.
5. Strong team management and communication skill.
