Operation Manager – Flex

Here Is a Glimpse Of What You’ll Do
Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.
Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.
Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence.
Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.
Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to.
Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.
Coach and mentor Operations leadership.
Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes.

Here Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)
Diploma/Degree in the relevant fields
At least 8 years of working experience in the similar capacity
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents and respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Demonstrates experience in performance development, teaching/leading, mentoring and/or organization development.
Instills appropriate behavior in others in support of Flex values. Supports strategic direction for the function.
Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans. Ensures Flex values are part of site work life. Provides strategic leadership for the function and the site.
