We are looking for an Operations Manager for Lamudi in Indonesia. You will provide business critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment of operational teams with goals and drive thoughtful execution. You will also align teams with the company priorities for effective day-to-day operations. In this role, you will act as a strategic and operational internal adviser in our company, and work directly with top management to drive growth related projects.
You will take responsibility for roll-out of new initiatives, identify problems, creating plans and bringing these to bring new initiatives to life at rocket speed.
Responsibilities Include And Are Not Limited To
Work closely with the Assistant Vice President, and vertical leads to help define , analyze problems, set success goals, ensure and track successful execution of growth-oriented operations projects using new tools and technology to help scale processes.
Assists in running daily operations of cross-functional teams and assess business growth operations which should be aligned with Company’s strategy and goals.
Supports in driving business efficiency and profitability by identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize performance wherever possible.
Assists in analyzing issues by optimizing coordination and communication with other business functions for corrective and preventive solutions
Who are we looking for?
Master degree holders from a foreign university
3+ years of experience in telesales, account management, relationship management, and content uploading
Leadership experienced in different organizations is preferred.
Advance level of SQL and Excel Skills
Knowledge of the property market is beneficial (but not required), the experience is a definite plus.
Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision making
A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, are able to work under pressure and with the target.
You are proactive, self-motivated, and have the desire to learn, you are persuasive and customer-centric and love building capacity in your teams.
You are recognized as a top performer.
You have a character with a proven passion for communication and negotiation, which you have put to good use in your previous roles.
Fluency in English
A plus, if you have already gained hands-on work experience in the Asia market. If not, prove to us that you are culturally aware and understand what it means for cultures to differ.
