Our company has been certified ISO 9001: 2008, and OHSAS 18001: 2007, which is part of efforts to ensure the quality and commitment to providing the best products and services. Our company is now also extended to the field of construction of natural gas pipelines and gas installations, We are registered in the strategic business unit of PT. Requirements :

Minimum Diploma degree from any discipline.
Female, age 21-30 years
Minimum 1 years working experience in sales administrative
Must be able to communicate in English both oral and written
Computer literate, MS Office
Good personality, Fast learner, Good coordinating
Hard Working, Fast worker and creative
Good Administrative and interpersonal skill

Jobs Description :

Prepare for quotation, document contract
To support in preparation for proposal of tender/project
Handling sales enquiries
Manage administration document sales & marketing
Coordinate sales activities
Communicate with suppliers regarding product and shipment
Follow-up customer’s requests
Calculate products price
Prepare sales report and stock report
Extensive data entry work to input customer details into internal database
Other admin activities
