Sales Manager for Kitchen Equipment (Indonesia/Singapore)
As a Sales and Business Development Manager, you must have a good knowledge of the foodservice industry in Indonesia as you identify potential growth areas and new key account development to ensure ongoing business opportunities. This position will focus on Indonesian markets and will be establishing excellent key account customer relationships, understanding and supporting customers’ needs and requirements.
You will also be establishing and optimization of efficient and long-term partner network with distributors and kitchen planning consultants. You will work with and support distributors and develop new distributors.
You will establish and maintain positive business relationship with existing accounts and identify and maintain good contacts with large hotels, restaurant chains, caterers.
Lastly, you must achieve sales revenue target and strategic objectives.
For this role, the successful candidate must have strong track record of proven successful sales experience preferably in the food service industry, preferably a proven technical sales person.
You must have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with minimum of 4 years’ experience in selling commercial kitchen or similar equipment for professional use, preferably with at least 2 years of managing network of distributors, working with kitchen planning consultants and end users in the market place.
Candidate must have good presentation and communication skills as you will handle various customers.
This position will be based in Jakarta and will be required to travel between Singapore (20%) and Indonesia (80%).
