SALES MANAGER – SURABAYA

Responsibilities :

Primarily responsible for new customer business.
Proposal preparation, presentation and contract negotiation.
Providing and recommending appropriate sales proposal to clients based on their needs and objectives.
Develop strategies and achieve performance target.
Establishing and sustaining long-term relationship with clients.
Responsible for the business expansion in analyzing market trends consumer insights to identify the possible business concept for both the local market and overseas market.
Drive and maintain consistent growth of the brands while ensuring the best customer experience is delivered.
Market segmentation and propositional alignment.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements :

Male/Female, min. 30 Years Old.
Minimum S1
4 years of work experience in related fields preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal/target oriented.
Proficient in both oral and written English. ( mandarin will be “plus” ).
Pleasant and professional appearance.
Confident, mature and highly motivated.
Excellent communication , presentation and interpersonal skills.
Willing travelling anywhere and anytime.
