Sr. Campaign Planning Manager – British American Tobacco – Jakarta

Job Responsibilities
Develop long- and short-term marketing strategy and plans, objectives and forecasts, integrating consumer segment and TM&D strategies into the brand strategy, for the portfolio of Global Drive Brands in the premium segment to meet share, volume and profit objectives
Identify opportunities within the marketplace for premium segment, coordinate the development and execution of all annual brand plans for the premium segment and ensure alignment in the cycle planning
Plan and develop the high-level programs for consumer and promotional programs, to provide effective and efficient market exposure of brands and products in the premium brand segment
Monitor performance of brands and products and the budget expenditures in the premium brand segment against plan and growth and profit objectives and carry out changes to the plan/programs if necessary, to ensure that targets are achieved
Supervise agency performance and budget to ensure high quality service in alignment with annual contractual agreements
Recruit, develop and retain right capabilities and motivation within own brand segment team and compliance to corporate and functional policies

Job Requirements
Minimum degree from reputable university
Brand experiences in a reputable and progressive tobacco or similar FMCG company for 5-7 Years
Preferably Consumer Analytics experience – Premium Segment Brand
Experience in Digital Activation and / or operating in Digital-focused company in consumer communication (or company who has come through digital transformation) will be added values
