SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

Sales Manager responsible is to promote the project in his/her assigned area/territory and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible condition for the company to uptodate with the market
Identifiy business potential and upkeeps close contact with former and potential client through personal visit, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them, especially with corporate accounts.
Accomplish goals and to adhere to quota as set out in the marketing plan

Requirements:

Applicants must possess at least a Bachelor degree in any field.
At least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Specially as Sales Manager Property (Apartment and Office Tower)
Must be proficient in English and able to communicate in Chinese/Mandarin is a plus (to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese speaking client)
Self- motivated team player who is willing to go extra mile to achieve sales targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good sales and service aptitude
Schedule flexibility is a must, willingness to work during weekends and public holidays.
Placement in Balikpapan.
