Job Descriptions
Collecting and processing data from primary and secondary sources accurately.
Analyzing the data and provide results in the form of presentations, graphs, and so on.
Making report starts from industry analysis, market analysis, business competition analysis, target market analysis, marketing, financial, etc for the property and hospitality sectors as well as other business sectors.
Providing advice and recommendations based on the findings.
Making financial model for a new or existing project based on data projections and financial statements.
Analyzing the company’s financial performance ratios based on data from financial statements.
Setting up a company’s financial data required by a third party.
Assisting the company in bank loans, making the info memo, and review related documentation.
Helping other strategic business unit to improve their performance with creating reports that can help management to take decisions.

Requirements

The successful Candidate should fulfill below criteria:

Bachelor degree (S1) in Management/Finance/ Industrial Engineering/ Accounting  from reputable university
GPA > 3.0
Fresh graduate or 1 year working experience
Able to communicate in English (minimum for correspondence)
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (especially in excel)
Able to speak Mandarin is a plus

Digital Marketing Analyst

Requirements

The successful Candidate should fulfill below criteria:

Bachelor degree from Information System or IT will be preferred.
Passionate in Digital Marketing field and having strategic mindset.
Skilled in operating Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Socialbakers, Crowdbooster, Socialsprout, etc.
Highly analytical thinking in creating such a robust decision.
Proven successfully in Managing Social Media Marketing and Digital Campaign – GDN, SEM, Email Blast, Facebook Ads, etc.
Possess the ability to deliver meaningful insights by Analyzing Digital data.
Creative thinking.
Better understanding the business flow and product from variety of the industry such as FMCG, Hospitality, etc.
Expert in UI/UX and User Journey would be recommended.
Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly with new and different working environment.
