This position reports to
Sales Manager PAPI Indonesia & Singapore
Your responsibilities
Providing technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service-related training
Preparing/supporting preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local Business Unit/feeder factory indications and Sales organization directives
Defining cost for the proposed solution and communicates to Sales organization
Providing information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and sometimes participates in the risk review assessment
Analyzing customer needs and competitor offers through general market information and information provided by the Sales organization
Performing lost proposal analysis, identifying potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales/Local Business Unit to obtain better future results
Your background
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in estimations and tendering, working in proposal development with automation products
Experience in working with technical specifications for automation and power management system is required
Sound knowledge of ABB automation solutions (800xA) within the process industries is required
Automation engineering or site experience is an asset
Experience in working with technical specifications for electrical systems is an asset
