Reviewing the organizational structure and preparing recommendations for improvement and a grand design for organizational development.
Performing job analysis and compiling its derivative outputs (ob Identification & Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Job Description & Specification, and Job Enrichment/ Enlargement)
Mastering the mechanism of implementation and monitoring of Psychological Intervention
Reviewing and rearranging the competency dictionary (technical and behavioral)
Making improvements to quality objectives and training cycles (TNA to KPI/PA) to achieve competency fulfillment and corporate work culture
Design, implement and supervise employee career development schemes (Mutation/Rotation, Promotion and Demotion)
Design derivatives of the company’s Vision and Mission in the company’s work culture.

Job Requirements
Education min. Bachelor of Psychology preferably Psychologist Profession
Experience min. 2 years in the field of Career Development and Organization
Experienced in organizing “Management Trainee Program”
Able to compile competency dictionaries (technical and behavioral) and compile the implementation of their derivatives.
