Qualification:

You must have deep understanding of Object Oriented Programming concept, MVC Design concept, JSP/Servlet/Struts/Spring/JSF/JBoss, Database Programming skills (SQL/Oracle), AJAX and Java Script.
You must have in-depth knowledge of Java programming.
Having good understanding of application security, performance, and robustness will be high advantage.
You must have a good sense of user interface aesthetic (UI design) and excellent interpersonal skill since you will work closely with end users.
Passionate with IT, solid team work, fast learner, and able to work under-pressure to satisfy end users.
