Requirements:
Male, age max 45 years old
Minimum 5 years experienced in a clinic of Mining or Oil & Gas company
Graduate from Faculty of Medicine, Magister of Occupational Health (MKK) or Specialis of Occupational Health (SPoK)
Possess Valid STR, ATLS, ACLS and HIPERKES is a must
Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene programs
Good knowledgeof relevant international and national health legislation
Excelent managerial with strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English

PROJECT MANAGER
The scope of work are as follow:
Run the project management and supervise all aspects related to the project in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Coordinate project team to collect and analyze user requirements and deliver project solutions
Control all project phases through the definition of project scope, target and deliverables to support business requirements
Responsible for the accuracy and quality of the delivery of the project milestones and deliverables as per SDLC
Provide reports related to the project in timely manner, including project status report and project performance report
Identify problems & project dependencies, follow up and resolve issues that occurred, to ensure the project runs as per schedule
Run System Integrator selection process where required as per Corporate procedures • Working together with other internal team for selection process
Ensure and monitor selection process as per the schedule
Requirements :
Have at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Have at least 5 years working experiences in IT Projects (system development and/or implementation)
Have at least 2 years working experience as Project Manager or Technical Lead in IT Projects, preferably related to Risk Management project, Fraud Detection System, Retail Banking, e-Channel, or Branch Delivery System Projects
Have capability to follow up and encourage related parties to ensure the tasks are completed on time
Have an excellent understanding on project management and process
Have a good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia (actively)
Commit to work for 6 (six) months contract and option to extent if required
Have knowledge of Banking Loan Process will be advantageous
